Welcome to the LLU Pathology Case of the Week ("COW"). This is a forum in which challenging and educational Anatomic Pathology cases are posted for the benefit of pathology residents (and whoever else finds them interesting). New cases are posted weekly, and represent a "potpourri" of cases, not adhering to any particular organ system. The answers to the cases are posted at the end of the week (see button below), at the same time that the new case is posted.
